Why Work With Us?

Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:

Lauren was so attentive to my needs as a client and as a student. She was so approachable and welcoming that I felt completely comfortable immediately after meeting her. Lauren was so considerate and was willing to work with my hectic schedule to ensure that I was able to find the best home for me.  I also really enjoyed how invested Lauren was in the process. From prior realtor experience, I anticipated someone who was just on-the-go and someone who just wanted to get the job done. However, working with Lauren changed that perspective due to how considerate and hard-working she was. I would definitely recommend Lauren and I would easily work with her again

This is probably the best place to go if you're looking to find a great apartment that meets all/most of your criteria. Everybody in the office goes out of their way to help you and they work cohesively as a team to figure it out unlike the other places where agents are just working for themselves.

I reached out to them since I was moving from NYC and needed a building with a Conceirge in beacon hill area at a certain price point and they delivered it within a few hours and in less than 24 hours I had signed my lease. My building has a doorman, a rooftop deck and a beautiful apartment.

A special shoutout to Michael Fedorouk, he was not only showing us apartments but made sure we got well versed with the area and was extremely helpful. Evan and Gary among other people in the office are very helpful as well. They are thorough, prompt yet patient.

As a landlord I have always preferred to select my own tenants because I want to really get a feel for who I will be renting to.
This time I decided to have a company do it, Bulfinch Boston Realty was recommended so I spoke to Stephanie Peter and gave her an idea  what I'd like and for when.
She followed my exact request and got it all taken care of in a week.
I highly recommend Bulfinch Boston Realty!!

I've worked with this office ... more than once over 15+ years ... and i'm not that easy to please ... i came as a referral ... boston is the most complicated real estate market i've ever rented in ... there are many unwritten parameters ... and i benefited from their years of experience ... all of that experience has clearly developed into expertise ... they gently (but honestly) let me know if my expectations were too high and/or too low ... they also called in favors and negotiated to my profit ... i was grateful for their extra efforts ... side note ... in boston it is helpful to know your must have lists - price, neighborhood, etc ... or let them lead you ... they're earnestly diligent ... good luck ...

This real estate agency is really as good as it gets! They have a lot of resources in Boston, especially in the Back Bay area. So if you want to live in the best part of Boston, this is the agency you want to work with.I recently moved to Boston and was very anxious about finding a place to live that's affordable. I wasn't sure what to do, so I decided to work with a broker. I actually found out about Bulfinch on Yelp.  I worked with Nicole, and she was so sweet. She asked me about my requirements and made a few phone calls and found a place for me right away on Comm Ave. We checked out the apartment in the afternoon and I returned the next day to sign the lease.
Knowing that I was new to Boston, Nicole showed me around and told me where things were in the neighborhood. She also told me about things to watch out for in Boston.

To sum up, I highly recommend working with Bulfinch and Nicole.

Best of luck on finding a place in Boston!

Morgan used his advanced knowledge of real estate strategy, marketing, and negotiation skills to ensure that I was able to achieve my goal of selling my condo for the price that I wanted. I was impressed that he got around 60 or so potential buyers to attend the first open house. This is even more  impressive considering that I had tried to sell the same property before (a year prior) and only two people came to the open house. There were also several notable obstacles (including pending litigation on the building and high condo fees), that he did a good job dealing with when speaking with potential buyers. I additionally use Morgan for rental listings, and he is excellent. He is eager to fight for his clients, creative, and offers a different perspective and set of ideas than you will get from some of your older real estate agents that may not understand the younger growing millennial clientele of Boston. I'd recommend Morgan for any of your residential real estate needs

Ismail was very prompt, responsive, and prepared every step of my homebuying process. We took a look at several houses between Dedham Randolph and West Roxbury. He really helped me realize my options in such a seller's market. Working with him I always felt like my best interests took center stage.  Even at the inspection Ismail brought his personal drone to take pictures of the roof for my own records. He treated me the way I wanted to be treated. That is customer service satisfaction. Glad he was on my team

As someone who was moving from California to Boston for school, Lauren went above and beyond to help my roommate and I find an apartment that fit our necessary criteria. She was very knowledgable on the area we were interested in and was quick to respond with answers to our questions. When one  place fell through, Lauren took the time to help us find another apartment that suited us. Highly recommend Lauren!

I don't often leave reviews but Nicole from Bulfinch did such a great job of helping me find an apartment that I have to give her props. I arrive in Boston with no sense of direction and no idea what to expect in terms of housing. Nicole went above and beyond to show me apartments that would be convenient for me to get to work. She even went over how I could get there and what each area had to offer. It was almost like having my very own tourguide! A lot of reviews mention that a lot of rentals they saw were not that nice. I checked out places with another real estate company and I think that has a lot to do with the housing market in Boston (you get a lot less than what you pay for). That being said, we were fortunate enough to find the perfect place for the right price. Just ask for Nicole and I'm sure she will do her best to help you out too!

My husband and I wanted to buy a house or apartment in Boston. However, as foreigners, we didn’t know Boston enough to choose where and which property would be suit for us. One afternoon, walking down Newbury Street I found Mark at Bulfinch Realty.  I am so fortunate to have chosen Mark as my agent. Mark is a nice gentleman. Firstly, he chatted with me, and tried to understand why I want to buy a house in Boston. He said: don’t be rush, you can see the house following me until find you like, even this need 1 year. Then, nearly in 2months, He picked me up, and drove me to each area in big Boston, even drove me to Lexington, Concord, and all the towns near to Boston. According to his 30 years living experience here, like a tour guild, he introduced me the cultural history of each area, and all the factors possibly affecting the property price, what’s the real value of each house, what were the advantages and disadvantages, Where is the public school, where is the transportation, where is the supermarket, and which is the new building maybe affect the price later…… I was very enjoying the time stay with Mark, seems like this journey is not only for property business, but also for knows Boston, the history, the present, and the future.

Finally, I found the CondoI want; my husband and my daughter also love it so much. It’s our first property transaction in US. Mark helped us to find a nice attorney, and told me all the details of each steps in the transaction. The whole transaction was smooth and quickly

Now I live and enjoy the every moment in my new apartment. Thank you very much, Mark, My dear friend
